How the SolverNow AI calculator works

Start with scientific calculation

The device starts in its numerical calculator environment. Arithmetic, fractions, powers, roots, logarithms, and trigonometric functions work without an internet connection. AI study assistance is a separate mode.

Connect for AI study help

Use the device key combination to enter AI mode, then connect to a saved 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network or a compatible phone hotspot. AI explanations are processed by the SolverNow online service, so this mode needs a connection and active service access.

Choose a mode for your material

Choose the available study mode that fits your material. SolverNow supports study workflows for practice questions and longer materials; custom prompts can guide the style of an explanation. Your device dashboard lets you manage documents and prompts.

Read the working, then check your understanding

The result appears on the calculator display with an explanation. Use the arrow keys to move through longer answers, mathematical notation, and supported diagrams.

Work through each step and compare it with your course material. AI can make mistakes, so use the explanation to support your own reasoning. SolverNow is intended for homework, practice, and self-study where AI assistance is permitted.
