Is SolverNow a physical calculator or an app?
SolverNow is a physical AI scientific calculator with a keypad and LCD. The calculator on this website is an interactive demo that lets you explore the experience before contacting us about a device.
Does the AI calculator work offline?
Its standard numerical calculator functions work offline. AI study mode requires Wi-Fi or a compatible hotspot and access to the SolverNow online service.
Does it show the steps?
AI mode provides explanations that you can review on the device display. Use the arrow keys to scroll through longer responses. Check the reasoning against your learning material, as AI-generated answers can contain errors.
Which model provides the study help?
SolverNow uses SolverCore S3, its academic reasoning service. Service access and device access are managed through SolverNow. Outside AI subscriptions cannot be linked to the device.
What subjects and languages can I study?
The online service supports multilingual academic material, including mathematics, physics, and chemistry. Results depend on the question and material. If you have a specialist subject or a particular language requirement, contact us with a representative example before ordering.
Can I use it in a graded assessment?
SolverNow is designed for homework, practice, review, and self-study. Only use AI assistance where your teacher or institution allows it. Do not assume the device is approved for a restricted assessment.
Is there an ongoing service cost?
AI study mode uses the SolverNow online service. Ask us to confirm the current plan, included service period, and renewal cost for your order. The standard numerical calculation mode works without the online service.
Can I try it before ordering?
Use the interactive web demo on the homepage to try calculation and a practice question. Our support team can also help you check whether the device suits your study material.
Where do you deliver?
International delivery is available to supported destinations, excluding mainland China. Contact us to confirm availability, delivery time, and shipping cost for your location. Import duties and taxes depend on the destination.
How do I get setup or warranty help?
Contact SolverNow through the support channels on the homepage. For warranty coverage and duration, refer to the terms supplied with your order. Include your device details when requesting setup assistance.
